🧺 Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 egg
🍳 Directions:
- Mix sunflower seeds, oats, molasses, and egg in a bowl.
- Spread on parchment paper in a thin layer.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 minutes, or until crispy.
- Let cool, then break into bite-size chunks.
