🥧 Bubba’s Pecan Pie – Sticky, Sweet, and Southern


Ain’t no Southern table complete without pecan pie — gooey, nutty, and golden. Bubba says, “It’s the pie that’ll make your guests go quiet for a minute.”

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ cups pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
  3. Pour into crust and bake 50–55 minutes till set.
  4. Cool completely before slicing.

Bubba’s Tip: Warm it up and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Heaven on earth.

Storage: Keeps 4–5 days covered, or freeze slices for later.
