Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl; pour into buttered skillet.
- In another bowl, mix flour, milk, butter, and baking powder till smooth.
- Spoon batter over berries and bake about 35 minutes till golden.
Bubba’s Tip: Add a handful of oats to the batter for a little crunch on top.
