🍠 Buttery Mashed Sweet Potatoes – Bubba’s Golden Comfort


Sweet potatoes have a way of makin’ the whole kitchen smell like love. This one’s creamy, buttery, and kissed with just a touch of cinnamon. It’s the perfect side for Sunday supper or any time you want that warm, cozy sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2–3 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk or cream (add more if needed)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Boil the Sweetness: Drop the cubed sweet potatoes into salted water. Boil about 15–20 minutes, till fork-tender.
