🫐 Blueberry Skillet Cobbler – Bubba’s Summer Blue Gold


Sweet blueberries meet buttery biscuit topping in this cast-iron classic. Bubba says, “If the spoon don’t sink, you ain’t used enough butter.”

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl; pour into buttered skillet.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, milk, butter, and baking powder till smooth.
  4. Spoon batter over berries and bake about 35 minutes till golden.
