🍮 Old-Fashioned Butterscotch Puddin’ – Bubba’s Golden Spoon Treat


This ain’t that instant stuff — this is stovetop puddin’ made slow and creamy with butter and brown sugar.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar till bubbly.
  2. Stir in cornstarch and salt.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk and cook over medium heat till thick.
  4. Stir in vanilla and pour into cups. Chill before servin’.

Bubba’s Tip: Add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt — fancy, but not too fancy.

Storage: Keeps 3–4 days in fridge.
